7:30 – Pledge of Allegiance.

7:35 – Call to Order and urgent announcements regarding conduct of meeting, followed by motion to approve the agenda with any changes.

7:40 – Presentation by Elaine Ellis Center.

7:50 – Candidates Forum – In preparation for the November 5 Mayor and City Councilmember election, NCPCA’s forum committee has invited all District 1 and 4 candidates as well as Mayoral candidates to participate in a forum.  Candidates will be asked questions provided prior to the forum and given limited time to respond.  The forum will be broadcast live on the City’s cable channels (FiOS channel 25; Xfinity channel 71) and streamed over the City’s website at http://www.collegeparkmd.gov/councilmeetings#stream. It will be recorded and available at the City’s website within 1-3 business days.

9:15 – Approval of minutes and New Business by motion of members, followed by a call for new topics for discussion for discussion at our next meeting.

Membership in NCPCA is open to all adult residents of North College Park, and only members may vote in decisions of the Association. Please complete the membership form at the website and mail it with your dues payment, or bring dues payment to a future meeting.
