The purpose of the North College Park Community Association (NCPCA) is to stimulate interest in and devise ways and means to promote civic, community and general welfare, with particular focus on the North College Park, Maryland area. NCPCA is strictly non-partisan, non-political, and non-sectarian.

Typical agenda items are: presentations by developers; dialogue with City officials on budget, city services, city policies, and proposed ordinances; support of or opposition to City, County, or State legislation that affect our neighborhoods; neighborhood improvement efforts, such as parks and roads; and other items as brought forward by our members.

The North College Park area is the area north of Greenbelt Road and east of Paint Branch Creek, within the boundaries of the City of College Park. We meet the second Thursday of each month (except July and August) at 7:30 at Davis Hall, the City’s Public Works facility. During the pandemic emergency, meetings are being held via teleconference. Information for participating in each monthly teleconference meeting is provided via email shortly before each meeting.
