7:00 Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance.
7:05 Introduction of County Councilmember of Tom Dernoga and staff who will conduct a Town Hall. The Stone Straw property and the proposal to build a residential complex will be discussed first. Residents are encouraged to bring up other items of concern.
8:20 Break with refreshments.
8:30 Update on Income Taxes 2020 – Larry Bleau will provide his annual update on income taxes for 2020.
8:40 Jose Cadiz, Lead Coordinator of Good Neighbor Day, will discuss a possible project for Good Neighbor Day, Saturday, April 4 to be co-sponsored by NCPCA.
8:55 Washington Gas representatives will speak about a pipe replacement project on the following streets: Paducah Rd., Steward Ct., 51st Ave., 52nd Ave., Palco Place, and Odessa Rd.
9:10 Approval of Minutes & Officers Reports – Minutes of the February 9, 2020 meeting will be approved, and NCPCA Officers will provide reports.
9:15 Announcements – Members, elected officials and guests will make announcements of activities and upcoming events of interest.
