January Meeting Canceled-Paint Branch Developer Update

Dear NCPCA members,

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday break!

We received following communication from the Paint Branch Developers to pass on to our membership:

“Current macroeconomic headwinds have created challenges for the project. The applicant would like to proceed with a high-quality development that the community deserves but must first get over certain financial hurdles. While we are not in a position to meet in the near future, we hope to be able to do so soon when there is a proposal, we feel the community can be proud of. When progress is made, we look forward to meeting you and your community members.”  If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Matthew C. Tedesco directly at mtedesco@mhlawyers.com.

President Alaina Pitt’s grandfather passed away and she will be out of town next week, unable to lead the NCPCA meeting. With Vice President Gale Mamatova unable to attend the meeting due to personal circumstances, NCPCA board voted to cancel our January meeting.

Our February meeting will focus on the annual discussion on city budget priorities for the neighborhood.

We look forward to seeing you all in February and appreciate your kindness and understanding at this time.
