2015-12-15 – Letter to City about FBI Relocation EIS inaccuracies; details inaccuracies and omissions in Environmental Impact Statement prepared by GSA with respect to proposed relocation of FBI headquarters to Greenbelt Metro site. A letter with substantially the same content but addressed to a different audience was sent in January of 2016.

2012-09-17 – Letter to City Council, with copy to County Council representatives, stating NCPCA opposition to the Preliminary Greenbelt Metro Area and MD 193 Corridor Sector Plan and Proposed Sectional Map Amendment. The reasons given include beltway ramps, highway alignment, architectural design, and building height; see letter for greater detail. (Also see September 2012 minutes.)
2012-05-23 – Letter from NCPCA giving its response to the proposal to change the sector plan for the Greenbelt Metro. The proposal would encourage a single large employer, e.g., the FBI, to locate there, rather than the current plan for large-scale mixed-use development. (Also see May 2012 minutes.)
